Q. How do I place an order?
A. There are three ways to place an order: 1. Come into the office with your window sizes; 2. Call in your order to (937) 253-6000; 3. Fax your order in to (937) 253-6001
Q. After I place an order, how long do I have to wait for the windows to come in?
A. About two weeks from the time an order is placed. As soon as we receive your windows in our warehouse, we will give you a call notifying you that your order is ready for pickup.
